Public procurement of a territory of 58,000 inhabitants, 23 municipalities · 2021 – 2026

Public procurement

The facts: nineteen contracts out of thirty-one, €9.4 M; three bidders at the same address and under the same holding; nine votes without recusal; €310,000 in grants to the family’s association; €900,000 in public aid paid on a site barely opened.

Grey areas: whether competition was real on the twelve single-bid contracts; the association’s accounts for the three unpublished years; how the land price was set.

What to watch: next council meeting, next declaration of interests, next published accounts.

The territory: 31 contracts, 19 to Sarline TP, the shared address of the three bidders, the council seat, the gymnasium and its land.
